Delivery
To update your delivery address, please send email to care@saviaexclusive.com, with your order number
Once you have placed your order, you will receive timely updates in your email until the parcel is delivered successfully.
To check if delivery is available in your country, on the homepage, select the country dropdown option. If your country is an option on the list, then we offer shipping in this region.
The delivery period varies based on the shipping address.
Orders within the United Arab Emirates arrive within 2 business days, while orders from the Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain are delivered in approximately 5-7 business days.

United Arab Emirates
- Enjoy free shipping on orders valued at AED 100 and above
- For orders below AED 100, a shipping charge of AED 20 is applicable
- If you prefer cash on delivery, expect an additional charge of AED 10
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Enjoy free shipping on orders valued at SAR 300 and above
- For orders below SAR 300, a shipping charge of SAR 50 is applicable
- If you prefer cash on delivery, expect an additional charge of SAR 20
Oman
- Enjoy free shipping on orders valued at OMR 30 and above
- For orders below OMR 30, a shipping charge of OMR 5 is applicable
- If you prefer cash on delivery, expect an additional charge of OMR 2
Kuwait
- Enjoy free shipping on orders valued at KD 30 and above
- For orders below KD 30, a shipping charge of KD 8 is applicable

Bahrain

No, we don’t accept any returns.
A cancellation request can be accepted only if the order is not processed for shipping. To cancel the order, send an email to care@saviaexclusive.com, with your order number. If the request is accepted, you will be notified via email.
We currently do not offer exchange.
Payment
You will be charged when your order has been approved and verified.
You can make a secure online payment using a Visa, MasterCard, Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, Diner’s International or you can opt for cash on delivery.
